The short version
Your schedule names, steps, uploaded photos, and token images are stored with your account so you can save, edit, and share them. They are never sold or shared with anyone outside what is needed to run the App.
1. What is collected
- Account information: email address used to create your account, so you can sign in and manage your saved schedules.
- Schedule data: schedule names, step text, completion status, layout settings, and any folders you create.
- Uploaded images: photos from your device and token images uploaded for tracking mode.
- Search queries: when you search for images inside the App, your query is sent to a third-party image service to return results. Queries are not stored.
- Anonymous usage data: the hosting platform may collect page views, approximate region, browser/device type, and referring website, plus standard server request logs. This is not linked to your schedule data.
2. What is not collected
- No payment information, because the App does not process payments.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No personal data is knowingly collected directly from children.
- Your schedule data is not used to train AI models or sold to data brokers.
3. How your data is handled
Your account data is stored by the App's backend service and is tied to your login. Only you can access your own schedules and folders, except when you choose to share a read-only link. Read-only links expose only the schedule you share, not your entire library. You can delete individual schedules or your entire account at any time from your library.
4. Third parties
The App is hosted on the Lovable platform, which provides hosting, backend services, and anonymous analytics. The only other third-party service used is the image search provider, which receives only your search query. There are no advertisers or data brokers.
5. Important note about children's information
When you build schedules for children, avoid using full names, dates of birth, addresses, or other identifying details. Use first names, initials, or a simple code instead. This protects the child and helps you stay aligned with your privacy obligations. You remain responsible for any exported image or schedule file you save or share on your own device.
6. Your rights
You can access, edit, or delete your schedules and your account from the library at any time. If you need help with a data request — including under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — you are welcome to get in touch and I will respond.
7. Children
The App is set up by adults for children to use. Accounts are for adults; children should not create their own accounts. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and any child data entered should be limited to what is needed for the schedule itself.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
