By accessing or using the Visual Schedule for Kids builder (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is a visual schedule builder that helps families, teachers, and therapists create step-by-step routines with photos, text, and progress tracking. It supports Left/Right, Tracking, and First/Then boards. You can save schedules to your account and share read-only links with others.

The App — including its name, design, layout, interface, source code, written content, and graphics — is owned by Evelyn Jeong and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you by using it.

• Use the App to build schedules for your own family, classroom, or clinical use.
• Save schedules to your account and export or share view-only links with others.
• Share a link to the App with colleagues, parents, or team members.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, clone, mirror, or reproduce the App or any substantial part of it.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise charge others for access to the App.
• Remove, hide, obscure, or alter the copyright notice or attribution.
• Present the App or its written content as your own work.
• Extract, scrape, or commercially redistribute its graphics, text, layout, or code.
• Reverse engineer the App or use it to build a derivative or competing tool.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to bulk-access or overload the site.

The App supports visual scheduling; it does not provide clinical, medical, or behavior-analytic advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the schedules you create and for complying with your own agency policies, ethical codes, and applicable privacy laws (such as HIPAA, FERPA, or their equivalents where you practice). When creating schedules for clients, use first names or initials rather than full identifying details.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee of uptime, availability, or that data will persist. While your account data is saved on the backend, you should maintain your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evelyn Jeong is not liable for lost data, missed sessions, interrupted schedules, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when they do, and continued use of the App means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The App is operated from New York and is offered worldwide; if you use it from another country, you are responsible for complying with your own local laws, and nothing here removes any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
